See this story from CNN. ROCHESTER, New York (AP) -- A couple has been ordered not to conceive any more children until the ones they already have are no longer in foster care. I think this is wonderful, and a very good start. Sometimes Darwin needs help getting some folks out of the gene pool, I consider this judge an honorary lifeguard.
