Good news! I finally heard back from Wordpress. They said it was their error, and they apologized. Most importantly, they restored the site. So, all is well and I will re-direct back there this afternoon. Details to follow then.

You know what this was like? You remember how the Chinese Government slaughtered and assasinated the protesting students in Tianemen Square? Remember? Then, remember how they billed the familes for the bullets? This has been exactly like that.

Still no word back from Wordpress as to why they shut my account down on Sunday. You know what this has been like? On Dec 3rd, 1963 President Kennedy was assasinated in front of the whole world on live TV. It ended an era of optimism with our American leadership that we haven't even gotten back.

Ok, back to work distilling the news and issues as only I can. Check out this headline:

Some dude spent 20 years taking our secrets and giving them to Israel. He got busted, and that is good. Here is where I am confused. I thought Israel was our ally? Israel is the jews, right? Haven't we been protecting and financing them since WW2? Isn't our support of Israel why we were attacked on 09/11? rhetorical questions, all. The answer is yes.

So, why our friends and allies are spying on us? Does anyone else see the conflict here? Haven't we sacrificed just about everything to protect and defend Israel? If we can't trust our own friends... you get the idea. Reminds me of another 'friend' and 'ally'; Pakistan.

We have given billions. Billions to the military dictatorship of Pakistan. For what? They are still hiding Bin Laden, they still hate us, they still have nukes, and they are still a dictatorship. That is some great work, Mr President. No wonder it was announced just today that Bush has the worst ratings of a President in HISTORY. Worse than Nixon. Great work, Mr. President!

The deadly and forbidden post in question

This is the post that got me kicked off of Wordpress. It isn't vertabitim, as I can't even get back into my archives over there. They didn't just shut down the site, they changed the locks. So, it went something like this. I can only imagine something here is what triggered the lockout, as it was the last post I wrote.

I was watching TV this afternoon and saw one of the new Gore commercials about Climate Change. It is the ones where they put disparate opposites on camera and their brief point is that they do agree on one thing... and that is the concern about climate change. They are pretty cool. The first was Rev Pat Robertson and Rev Al Sharpton.

Today, a new one aired. This one featured Speaker of the House Nanci Pelosi and former speaker Newt Gingrich. They both agreed that climate change was a very serious concern. Then, Pelosi said something to the effect of "if the people of America make enough noise with their leadership, we can make a change!" Huzzah, I thought. Yes, let's get together and tell 'the man' what we think. Finally, someone gets it. I am going to call my leadership tomorrow.

Lesse, who is my leadership? Oh yeah, it's Nancy Pelosi. wtf? So, to solve climate change I should pester Nanci Pelosi? She seems pretty aware of this, since it is her telling me. So, how about if she runs inside to Congress and tells THEM (the people who run the world) what she just told us. YES!

As for Newt, that guy is a world class piece of shit. Why? Well, you may remember he led the charge against President Clinton and had him impeached for lying about cheating on his wife. Pretty egregious, eh? However, it was recently revealed that the whole time he was impeaching Clinton... Newt was having an extra marital affair himself. TRUE. This isn't rumor or propaganda. It comes from the chief douchebag himself. Why? Because he was briefly running for president for this election... so he had to purge his closet. No, really. This guy divorced his first wife while... I can't even say it. Let CNN explain it >

Gingrich's first marriage ended after he discussed the details of the divorce with his wife while she was recovering from cancer surgery.

So, needless to say I am not a fan of old Newt. However, when an arch conservative, screw the workers, big business will save everything talks about Climate Change... you need to take notice.

spiders, everywhere. sweet jesus, where do they keep coming from? Make it stop. You know what I am going to do? I am going to re-publish that piece! Allow me to 'splain.

Saturday afternoon, I was watching the tube and saw a commercial on. I got all riled up and indignant, and hopped on the blog. I wrote up a piece about the new Nanci Pelosi & Newt Gingrich global warming ad. That night sometime, my site was taken down. I found this out on Sunday when I went into my other site to do some editing. That site remains up. Anyhow, I don't know what I said to anger the good people at Wordpress... but I am guessing it stemmed from the Pelosi piece. Strange, I have about 700 peices I have authored for this site... and that one isn't remotely the most offensive one.

Regardless, I will post it from memory in a few.

Day Three

Still no word back from Wordpress about my lock out. Things aren't going well for me, the situation is deteriorating. I am living under the stairs, and stopped eating altogether sometine about 20 minutes ago.

Do you know what this is like? Now that it has been a couple of days, I have a more mature perspective on things. What this is like is that morning when the Japanese attacked Peark Harbor with 190 planes. They decimated the island without warning, and crippled our entire Pacific fleet. That is exactly what this is like. I am wearing a tin foil hat right now, and will only answer to "the commondante". I hear steps... have to sign off.

oh, the humanity

Remember how Iran kidnapped a crap load of our soldiers and civilians back in Christmas of 1980? Remember how Carter botched the whole thing and we all nearly came to world war? Remember how people didn't hear from their loved family ones for months? Remember how the whole world was at edge... and we all felt so helpless? Do you remember putting yellow ribbons around everything, as a prayer for the hostages? Well, this is exactly like that.

Get out the yellow ribbons, America. It is time to show that this level of censorship will not be taken lying down. It is time to fight to the death for our rights.

Of course, most likely, my account probably got temporarily suspended for using a photo from another site without permission. I do that a lot. Just in case, though, I want to see blood in the streets. I want my country back! Oh, and my URL too.

You know what this is like? Remember in 1972 when Nixon had some henchmen break into the DNC HQ to steal campaign secrets? Remember how it became a HUGE scandal because that little break in exposed epic crminality and viciousness in all forms of Government? Remember how it was so bad they threatened to fire the president, so he had to quit? Remember how this story set the bench mark for ALL scandals going forward? Yes, that is why the stupid suffix 'gate' is attached to all scandals now.

Anyhow, I just wanted to say that this is exactly like that.

Crisis gate - day 2

So, this is day two of my being locked out of my Wordpress account. Being the genial and likeable type, I wanted to contact the good folks at Wordpress and see what the issue was. What was my violation? I'll fix it, I swear (unless if involves apologizing to that piece of mudslime Gingrish).

So, I go to their 'support' page. There is supposed to be a phone number there. However, it says they are closed. Looking at their hours, though, they should have opened an hour ago.

Do you know what this is like? Do you remember that movie 'The Net' featuring a plucky young Sandra Bullock? Here is what happened, she was a programmer or something. She angered some super bad hacker dudes. They deleted her life online (credit reports, credit cards, drivers license, bank accounts) and then spent the rest of the movie chasing her around in big black SUV trying to kill her. That is exactly what this experience has been like.

I mean, that movie was made long long ago. Basically, before any real concept of the Internet was understood. We learned a lesson, though. If an attack like this could happen to plucky young Sandra Bullock... it could happen to you. Worse, it could happen to me. Way worse, it DID. You think I am being funny? Check this, tough guy. Bullock made that movie in 1995. Water under the bridge, right?

No sir. Just this weekend they tried to kill her. Seriously, read this. It starts with a bad script and a plucky young actress. I mean, I used to love Sandra Bullock. That was until she stopped acting for about fifteen years and did nothing but romantic comedies. Still, the Net has not forgiven nor forgotten her. You have been warned. The black silent miniature helicopters are circling the building now. I haven't much time.

quite peculiar

welcome back. I know the site looks funny. That is because for some reason, my other site got 'suspended'. By my 'other site', I mean the site at this URL that I used to manage through Wordpress. It appears that the good people at Wordpress are angry with me. What is weird is that I have NO idea what got me banned. There is no e mail or anything, just that I was suspended for 'terms of use'. The last piece I wrote was yesterday (Saturday) afternoon about the Nanci Pelosi/ Newt Gingrich doing the Gore commercial. I am more than likely to have called Gingrich a 'douchebag' 'piece of shit' or any other myriad of slanderous conversation. I don't remember. That is just freedom of speech, right?
